Steps for shockwave therapy

4. Positioning the Applicator: Place the head of the device at the exact point to be treated, at the correct angle.

5. Start of Therapy: Adjust parameters (intensity, frequency, pulses). Apply the acoustic waves, moving if necessary, respecting the patient's pain tolerance.

6. Monitoring During Treatment: Observe the patient's reactions. If discomfort is present, adjust the intensity to the patient's tolerance and comfort.

7. Completion and Aftercare: Remove any remaining gel, assess the response, recommend relative rest, hydration, cold/heat if appropriate, and follow-up.
